1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using the jlph orig platform at jlphorig.org, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using jlph orig, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities.
- Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical systems.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering activity.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jlph orig are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring that payment details you provide are accurate, valid, and belong to you.
jlph orig does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Funds deposited in error may be subject to a processing review before any refund can be initiated.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification requirements. jlph orig reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any review, including anti-money laundering checks required under applicable regulations. VIP-tier accounts receive prioritized processing, as described in the VIP program terms.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time of the offer. Funds derived from bonus activity may not be withdrawn until applicable play-through conditions are met.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
jlph orig provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or feature on the platform. 7. Account Suspension and Closure
jlph orig reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- A violation of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity has been conducted through the account.
- The account holder has failed to comply with identity verification requests within the required timeframe.
- Regulatory requirements or law enforcement directives necessitate account action.
Upon closure of an account for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the user and no outstanding issues exist, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.
